• You can return  your purchase and after opening the gift package, provided that the marketable condition of the product is not violated.
• And that's not all, even if you had open the oyster and had take out the pearl from the shell, you still can return your order back within the framework of the "Big Return" campaign
• The terms of the campaign "Big Return" apply to the sets "Necklace with Pearl Akoya" costed 50-150$ . The purchase cost is refunded in full.

• Each of our products has a warranty card and an international quality certificate.
• In order to confirm the warranty for products purchased from authorized dealers, you must fill out and send us a dealer's warranty card.
